Case Report # 55 –  “Molly”

(Chronic Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections)

History: Molly’s owner brought her to us because she had been experiencing (repetitive) bladder infections (see below) since 8/11/04 (approximately 9 months). Antibiotics resolve her infection temporarily, but the infection returns soon after antibiotic therapy is discontinued. Owners want to know the underlying cause of Molly’s problem. Chicken broth gets her to drink but UTIs still comes back. Currently on Baytril and cranberry tabs.

Discussion: Unlike reports in the veterinary literature, at the CCHVS we find urinary tract infections (UTI’s) to be fairly common in both dogs and cats. More UTI’s are seen in females than males. Most urinary tract infections are acute in nature, meaning that they occur spontaneously and, once treated, they do not usually reoccur. At the CCHVS, we recognize two forms of Chronic UTI’s and we believe that both are secondary to viral infections. In the most common form of chronic UTI, an acute UTI seems to respond well to antibiotic therapy, but returns soon after antibiotic therapy is discontinued. We refer to these cases as “Repetitive UTI’s. In the less common form of chronic UTI, the patient never seems to completely respond to antibiotic therapy and the infection is never brought totally under control. In many cases, chronic UTI’s evolve into difficult to treat fungal or “yeast” infections. For obvious reasons, we refer to the latter as continuous UTI’s.

May 27, 2005: Using ETA we discovered five viral species affecting: Triad (Liver, Spleen, Thymus), Skin, Large Intestine, Adrenals, Pancreas, Kidneys, Bladder/Ureter, Cerebrum, Cerebellum, Brain Stem, Nerves, Uterus and Ovaries. The energy required to balance Molly’s systems was determined, and her owner decided to use e-Capsules to provide most of the healing energy. Minimal oral supplements were also provided, including basic vitamin and mineral supplements, a probiotic, and homeopathic.

Note: All subsequent testing and reporting has been carried out via telephone. All therapy, except basic nutrition, probiotics and some homeopathics has been done by e-Capsule.

July 1, 2005: Molly’s owner reported: “ Molly is doing just fine, except she has been chewing on her back feet and haunches. UTI’s have not occurred since starting protocol.” ETA revealed the presence of three viruses (two were eliminated during the last 30 days) affecting: Triad, Skin, LI, Adrenals, Pancreas, Kidneys, Bladder/Ureter, Uterus, Ovary Cerebrum, Cerebellum, Brain Stem and Nerves. A new e-Capsule was created to reflect the above.

August 5, 2005: Molly’s owner reported: “Molly is doing very well. No more itchy skin. No rashes. No more bladder infections.” ETA revealed Imbalances involving Adrenals and Brain to be of superior importance to those caused by the single remaining virus which affected: Triad, Skin, LI, Kidneys, Bladder/Ureter, Adrenals, Pancreas, Cerebrum, Cerebellum, Brain Stem and Nerves. An additional reflex indicated an imbalance involving the teeth. A new e-Capsule was created to reflect the above. NOTE: Still no allergies detected with NAET testing.

September 22, 2005: Molly’s owner reported: “Molly continues to do very well. She had what appeared to be an ear infection but it seems to have resolved without therapy. She bites at her hips but we can’t find any skin problems or fleas in the area.” ETA testing revealed that all viruses have been eliminated and Molly has started to pay attention to her accumulated chemicals. She is willing to start work on the first seven chemicals which are common volatile agricultural chemicals, some of which have been made illegal but which still remain in the environment. (NOTE: We have observed that when chemicals first appear as being “important,” they can sometimes exert effects which resemble inflammation of the skin. This may explain Molly’s supposed “ear infection.”) The seven chemicals affect: Parotid, Liver, Gallbladder, Skin and Kidneys.

October 25, 2005: Molly’s owner reported “Molly was ‘red and raw’ in her [inguinal] area a few days ago. [An antiseptic creme containing a steroid] was applied and redness is gone.” Owner was concerned about possible yeast infection, but ETA (did not reveal presence of systemic yeast) revealed only that Kidneys and Bladder required attention, but that a “stone” was not present. Skin also required attention. Testing did not reveal the presence of chemicals, though more are expected once the skin condition is balanced.

December 8, 2005: Report: “Molly is ‘Doing good.’ No problems to report.” ETA testing revealed the presence of chemicals once again. 7 chemicals affected: Parotid, Liver, GB, Skin, Gallbladder and Kidneys. A new e-Capsule was sent to provide the energy needed.

January 18, 2006: “Doing great. Nothing to report. Slight lump (Pea-sized) on stomach noticed a while ago, not growing.” ETA revealed the presence of 7 chemicals affecting: Parotid, Liver, GB, Skin, Brain and Kidneys.

During the months of February, April, May (lump [“cyst”] removed under tranquilization), a total of sixteen chemicals were addressed which affected Parotid, Liver, Gallbladder, Skin, Kidneys, Brain and Heart. Molly has continued to do well during this period and has not experienced any of the UTI’s that once affected her on a regular basis. Beginning in May, Molly has entered the “maintenance phase” where she requires testing less frequently. She is now being tested at 90 day intervals. She still requires energy designed to repair and maintain kidneys. The latter is not surprising, given the complexity and importance of the organs.

It is also interesting that recently, Molly has begun to divulge the presence of allergies to body parts which are cleared as they appear. (Why they “waited” to appear until so late in Molly’s program is a mystery.) But Molly had been doing so well that when she began showing symptoms due to easily cleared allergies, the owner almost lost faith. She thought things were regressing and that the treatments might not be beneficial after all. The allergies are being addressed and corrected one by one.

The following communication, received from Molly’s owner on 12/1/06 indicates her position on what we do:“If you need any written testimony from us there is nothing we would rather do.

“You probably don't remember, but [the conventional] Vet had given up on Molly and referred her to Davis for invasive tests and possible surgery (all expensive and hard on Molly too). While I don't blame them for not having the equipment to do the testing there, they should have offered or at the very least suggested something alternative for us to try. [Our Doctor] did say when I told him what we were doing that while he didn't believe in it, he did wish that he had more time to explore alternative things. His wife is a nutritionist. Well, somehow YOU found the time, so if he were really interested he could have too.

“I had to research it on the net and that is how I found you. I tried all the herbs etc that are supposed to help and nothing made a bit of difference. I know that cranberry supplements are supposed to---and do seem to-- help with UTI's and she has been on those daily since before you started her treatment and I don't know if they help her or not, but I am NOT making ANY changes at this point. Melissa knows about and actually suggested that, and Molly was already on it.. I am a firm believer in the--------if it isn't broken, don't fix it theory-----so while she is doing well, there will NOT be ANY changes that I have control over... Believe me, [my husband] and I have already decided that at Molly's next routine exam for shots, that we are coming to you so that you can plug her tail into something to make sure they don't set off a rash of allergic reactions...

“It was hard to stick with it while her allergies were flaring up with something new every week, but it was worth it. We thought at one point that we were going to never see the end of that one (and were really scared that our money would not hold out long enough), so I think the really hard part is just sticking with the treatment and not giving up---either because the animal seems well---------OR it is taking a long time to clear all the allergies. Sure wish money didn't have to factor into EVERYTHING in life.

“Know you do too!!!!!

“Anyway, we are grateful and TOTAL believers, even though we don't understand everything. There is a lot out in the universe that we don't know about yet. We are Star Trek/Stargate junkies and believe that before long there will actually be a Medical Tricorder like they use on that program.

“Keep up the good work. Know it is hard when most people don't believe in what you are doing.”

Note: We tried to smooth over the relationship with Molly’s conventional vet, but the concept that what we do may be “beyond understanding” may be difficult to dispel, though we spend WAY too long trying to explain what we think is happening when we test and provide healing energy through Harmonic Translation.

Conclusion: Basically, this report shows how certain repetitive chronic urinary tract infection cases can successfully be corrected using nutritional energy, mostly delivered electronically in the form of e-Capsules by Harmonic Translation.

In June of 2010, Molly is still going strong and her owners are strong proponents of our techniques. Molly does not suffer from urinary tract problems. Occasional allergies erupt, are addressed and she returns to normal with minimal effort.
